Two for JoAnn
I love this quilt! It's very happy :0) I wanted to share it again
Quilted last week, this week I put on the binding,
quilted her Star quilt and added the binding this morning...
Quilted with my Meandering Feathers pattern.
Look at ALL of these Y seams! JoAnn did an amazing job of piecing!!!
Also picked up today... two quilts made by Barbara H...
I loved quilting this one!!!

Barbara made this for her grandson, it's modern with LOTS of stitching!

It's a quilt from a Fons and Porter magazine, Spring issue of this year.

Barbara brought the magazine along with the quilt and I followed the quilting design
quilting spiral squares and rectangles, straight lines in the stripes
and some diagonal stitching in the 16 patches.
LOVE the effect, it even looked great on the back! (pics did not do it justice)

Busy, busy! I love those stars, all of them. The big star was wonderfully colorful and I liked it! I wonder if Joann's smaller stars were English paper piecing? If not, that a brave girl! I'd never attempt that many Y seams.
